Though it sounds unbelievable, Mitchell Clark began dabbling in the real of cyber security at the young age of 10 by founding his own company, CIT Dynamics.

What began as hobby has turned into an international business with more than 200 clients.

CIT Dynamics aims to bring ease to the world of information technology for both large and small business owners.

Mitchell and his team provide their clients with quality web development as well as trusted cyber security.

Cyber security is an essential part to any successful business, Mitchell explains. He says this means his clients must place a great deal of trust in him.

Understanding the importance of this trust, Mitchell says he tries to form a solid relationship with his clients before getting to work.

Mitchell says another reason he values his relationships with clients so highly is his age. Though he is young, Mitchell says he feels he’s built a respected reputation for himself in his field. He says coverage by news outlets such as ABC News, Fairfax Media and more have helped with this.

Another way Mitchell has established himself as an entrepreneur is by problem solving, he says.

His biggest setback thus far was when the CIT Dynamics server was attacked and taken down. Mitchell says he knew what his options were, “give in or work to make this right.” After a week and a half, Mitchell had fully restored the network all on his own.

Alongside his eight employees, Mitchell plans to continue growing CIT Dynamics and looks back on the progress it’s made with great pride.

Throughout his entrepreneurial career, Mitchell says the greatest luck he’s come into has been the support of his family and friends.
