They can manage their program anywhere in the world 24/7.

“My activities are driven by a desire to deliver what I’ve promised ‑ to my employees, to my clients and to anyone who has trusted me enough to be part of this journey,” she went on share with us, “Marketing Bee was created using the similarities between bees and business, I quickly became the Queen Bee in the media, which allowed me to create an entire persona around my business.”

Sharon further revealed that the art of persuasion helped her be flown to Denmark in an all paid exclusive trip by Denmark’s No.1 skincare brand ‑ Beauté Pacifique and to be mentored by the owner. Another notable achievement for her was signing the world’s biggest French Pay TV provider CANAL+ as a long term client when other agencies had tried unsuccessfully.

Despite being female in a male-dominated industry, an immigrant with an accent, self‑managing and self‑funding, within four years Sharon has grown a global team mainly servicing clients paying in excess of $100,000 yearly. Marketing Bee also increased their global footprint with clients in Denmark, Paris, New Caledonia, Mauritius and the US.

Anthill asks: Have you ever been lucky, punk?

I seized an unexpected opportunity when  RMIT University rang me to tell me they needed more judges on an annual competition for the marketing department. This was not a paid opp, but I jumped on a plane and attended because I had been a student there. It started one of the best partnerships I’ve ever had. You never know where your next big win is going to come from.
