…to connect busy homeowners to all the services required to sell their home hassle free, without the runaround. We work together behind the scenes to make this daunting process less complicated and time consuming.

…the customer enters their details into our website and our agent will then contact them with a sales proposal including all their fees & charges. Once accepted, our solicitor will contact them already having spoken to the agent and informed. It then takes less time to get from sale to settlement than it used to.

…it took weeks to engage the right agent, solicitor and/or mortgage broker in the past. Having this platform online is a one-stop shop to engage all relevant parties at once. The services have all spoken to each other prior to contacting the customer so there is not a repetition of information. The time to settlement will be more than halved.
