It must be difficult heading up one of the world’s largest companies. Harder still trying to emerge from the shadow of that company’s founder, one of the world’s most famous men. And then there’s the issue of a new competitor muscling in on your turf – one that can do no wrong in the eyes of the public. How frustrating!

It raises a few questions. Like where do you blow off steam? And how? For Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer, the answers to these questions are: “On stage” and “Like this…”
