One of the more interesting challenges, according to the survey is company culture. As increased emphasis is placed on digital, it’s no secret that brands are wrestling with it.
Simon O’Day, Vice President of Responsys Asia Pacific, says “While it’s good news that digital investment is rising, it’s still concerning that a third of marketers consider company culture a challenge preventing further growth. With digital now recognized as an essential channel for marketers, I am surprised this figure is so high.”
