The group saw tremendous and untapped potential in enhancing the real estate search experience. With the sprouting growth of iPad users, the group embarked on developing an app that gives property buyers a new platform to search for properties with greater ease.

The iPad app was the first to be launched in Southeast Asia by iProperty.com. It was designed to give users real-time access to over 280,000 properties for sale and rent anywhere and at any time.

Giving users real-time views on properties on the market near a user’s current location via Google Maps and the usage of the GPS feature. The search results can be viewed on a list or map which also gives directions to go to the desired location.

It allows users to search for property in any vicinity, saving property investors the trouble of driving around the housing or commercial estates of their choice. The app, fitted with a GPS system, enables users to know what properties are for sale or rent wherever they are.

Enabling them to search for properties on the move, with location-based services that allow quick screening of nearby properties for sale or for rent in an instant, changing the way people search for properties.
