integrum Risk & Compliance Software

This innovation initially came to life when…

A large global corporation, Westfield Group – the world’s largest retail shopping centre owner – approached us to develop a global reporting system for their safety management. We worked with the client to develop a reporting system integrated with integrum Risk & Compliance system to automatically roll up safety data and reports from each site in four countries, to region, country and to head office.

Previously they would ask each site manager to submit a spreadsheet report and consolidate data at each organisation level (five levels) while chasing up late reports. Many man-hours were used in this process with inaccurate results.

WHAT & HOW

The purpose of this innovation is to…

…allow companies to automatically roll up key performance indicators (Quality, Safety, Environment, Carbon Footprint, Sustainability, etc.) with ease of use and automated workflow.

It does this by…

…using templates to create fields for capture, either from the underlying data in integrum or from third-party systems.
Generates a regular (e.g. monthly) draft report, emails users ready for review and allows them to add comments and, once approved, the report rolls up to next level of management for review. Up to ten levels, consolidating data up to each level with report outputs, graphs and so on.

PURPOSE & BENEFITS

This innovation improves on what came before because…

…it does away with need to use spreadsheets for rolling up reports, and provides automated workflow, reminders, and escalations, all with commentary for transparency and accountability.

Allows simplified, powerful reporting on all types of performance indicators (e.g. sustainability, energy, carbon, safety, quality, production) all with workflow, and no need to chase up spreadsheets, late reports, etc.

Its various benefits to the customer/end-user include…

…easy-to-use system that requires little training, can be cloud-based, and provides real-time reporting on performance indicators from all levels of organisation with accountability and transparency. Significant ROI on time saved on management reporting.

COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE

In the past, this problem was solved by…

…either using complex spreadsheets to capture data at each level, then manually consolidating spreadsheets and creating output reports. Alternatively, by using large, expensive complex systems and business analysts to do the same task. A very time-consuming, costly approach to simple monthly reporting.

Its predecessors/competitors include…

…MS Excel, SAP and ORACLE financial systems used by business analysts to extract meaningful information from realms of data.

TARGET MARKET

It is made for…

Every corporation that needs regular (weekly, monthly, annual) reporting on all types of indicators such as Quality, Safety, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environment and Carbon Footprint.

This is a global solution for every country. Clients now using the system include Westfield (Safety), Coca-Cola Amatil (Quality, Environment), and NHS London Hospitals (Energy & Environment). The list of potential market and applications is endless.

DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY

It is available for sale through…

Web (direct), reseller partners in key countries, and plan to expand distributor partners and countries. Offered as either in-premise or cloud-based hosted service.

Our marketing strategy is to…

…use case studies and client referrals of our successful clients to promote to various industry sectors, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, health care and airlines, to increase brand awareness and referral successes.

Appoint key country partners to leverage their existing client base.
