We realised that there was a need for a premium mattress which was comfortable, affordable but also practical in its ability to accommodate additional guests when required.

We were already selling a large volume of pocket spring mattresses through a manufacturer direct to consumer business model via an online only retail model, when we decided to leverage our existing design and manufacturer relationships in China to develop a mattress that we feel added an extra degree of practicality.

We launched the Combo Design 3 in 1 Mattress this year.

Provide a premium luxury mattress at an extremely affordable price point – but to in fact one mattress that could accommodate another two additional guests.

It does this by…

The combo design mattress is comprised of three layers. The standard pocket spring mattress which makes up the base layer, a middle euro top layer and a top pillow top layer.

Each plush layer is detachable via a zipper and works as a mattress in its own right. This can then accommodate up to two additional guests.

3. PURPOSE & BENEFITS

This innovation improves on what came before because…

Mattresses with zipper functions were previously only designed to allow for users to clean and wash the mattress covers. By actually detaching multiple layers within the mattress, we have created a three-in-one mattress.

By partnering directly with our manufacturer and cutting out overheads by going online, we not only create a quality product but also at the fraction of the true market price for such a mattress. The queen is priced at $499.
