Whoda thunk it? People who bend and break rules and ignore and defy authority are more likely to be creative, innovative and more valuable to an organisation.

In this 2004 video from the wonderful Academic Earth ^[1], Robert Sutton, author of “Weird Ideas that Work ^[2]“, argues that authority has its place, but most businesses succeed when creativity is allowed to flourish.
