The immediate benefit it creates for businesses is the confidence to begin &quot;dabbling&quot; with social media with confidence someone is covering your back.  It seems useful for social media agencies if their consultant sits in the client&#039;s &quot;tweet release&quot; workflow. The client&#039;s employees can begin tweeting with the confidence an expert can intervene/intercept/edit. It&#039;s like trainer wheels. Benefits the agency (value add) and the businesses (insurance).]]></description>
