I'm in Adelaide and this is news to me (I'm not one to read the papers LOL). But, honestly, this is a great move - and I doubt very much it will have a huge impact on commuters' travel. The only thing that's going to improve that is a reliable service that is always on time (or within 5 minutes, not 2 hours), that is cheaper than running your car. Currently it is neither.
